Refund & Cancellation Policy – WhatsaAI This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for all WhatsaAI plans and services, including source code licenses, setup services, training, and support deliverables. By purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to this policy. Key Principle Once access to source code or any digital deliverable is provided, refunds are not possible under any circumstance. Digital goods cannot be returned, and intellectual property rights are irrevocably transferred upon delivery. Before Delivery You may cancel an order before delivery of credentials, files, or access. If no work has started → Full cancellation and refund available. If setup or customization work has begun → A proportional service fee may be deducted from any eligible refund. After Delivery – No Refunds No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered after delivery of: Source code Repository access Download links License keys Credentials (API, server, admin panel, etc.) Training sessions (completed or partially completed) are non-refundable. One-Time Setup & Services The following services are non-refundable once work has started: Setup and installation Server configuration Facebook / WhatsApp API assistance Branding and customization services If you fail to provide required documents, access, or approvals, the service window may be paused, but fees remain non-refundable. Subscriptions & Maintenance Plans (if applicable) You may cancel before the next billing cycle – past payments are non-refundable. “Lifetime updates” include new releases for your licensed model, but not custom development unless explicitly stated. When Is Delivery Considered Complete? Delivery is legally complete when any one of these occurs: Download link shared Repository invite sent Email with attachments delivered Server or panel credentials provided The license is granted to the purchaser per the chosen model. Redistribution or reselling is prohibited unless expressly permitted. Bugs, Support & Fixes Report bugs within your support window. Fixes are provided as patches, guidance, or updates per your plan’s scope. Refunds are not issued for bugs – remediation is the sole remedy. Chargebacks Filing an unfounded chargeback after delivery violates this policy. We will submit evidence of delivery and license access to your payment provider to dispute the chargeback.
